Dickinson ISD Opens Applications for Advanced STEM Program
Dickinson Independent School District (DISD) is now accepting applications for its Advanced STEM Program, offering students an opportunity to engage in hands-on, future-focused learning experiences centered on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Applications will be open from January 7 through January 31, 2026. All 4th-grade students are strongly encouraged to apply, while a limited number of seats are also available for students entering 5th through 7th grades.
The Advanced STEM Program is designed to challenge and inspire students through innovative coursework, problem-based learning, and real-world applications that build critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Students in the program explore advanced concepts while developing skills that prepare them for future academic and career pathways.
Due to limited availability, families are encouraged to submit applications early. Additional details about eligibility, the application process, and program expectations are available through Dickinson ISD’s official communication channels.
Families interested in expanding their student’s learning opportunities are invited to apply and be part of this dynamic and engaging STEM-focused educational experience.
